The caregiver was overwhelmed while caring for infants, and did not demonstrate good judgment or self-control in her actions. As a result, she mishandled an 8-month-old infant, leading to multiple bruises on the child. Specifically, She grabbed the child and improperly lifted the infant by one arm.
